Main Menu
We use a compact menu style using tab groups. All system functions
can be found with one or two clicks. All buttons are labelled
to suit your users.

Search forms
We develop highly functional search forms to help you find the
data you are looking for quickly and reliably. Most searches can
be performed with a click, the first few letters of the item you
are searching for, and the [Enter] key.

List forms
If your search matches more than one data item, you will see
a list of all matching items and some details on them to help
you select the right one to view or edit.

Detail Forms
We build detail forms that provide the appropriate amount of
information for the task at hand. We hide irrelevant fields to
reduce errors and simplify data entry. Fields can also be automatically
set to appropriate values based on your business rules.

Drop-Down Lists
When implemented wisely, these popular controls (known as combo
boxes in MS-Access) can greatly speed up data entry for experienced
operators, as well as providing assistance to new users. The list
of values available can even change according to your business
rules. If an item is not in the list, we can provide the option
to add it to the list automatically.

Calendar Control
Everyone has problems from time to time remembering what date
next Wednesday will be, or what day of the week the 21st of next
month falls on. We implement a pop-up calendar button in a consistent
manner.

Reports
We can design reports according to your needs, including selecting
data, grouping and totals, headings, etc.
